The added advantage of our Group Accelerated Change Program is that you and your fellow participants will practice and refine coaching behaviours, deploy co-development activities and benefit from immediate perspective shifts while exploring new ways of leading and working together.

This program gives you 9 hours of collective content learning PLUS 5 hours of focused coaching per participant to drive implementation of new leadership behaviours. Possible scheduling options can range between:

• Crazy Intensity Learning: Navigate all 9 hours of content learning over 2 days (it’s a lot). Then schedule your individual coaching sessions to reinforce the learning and maintain momentum. * Not recommended, but if the group is time poor it’s a workable option with the follow up coaching.
• Keep It Simple: Complete 1 domain as a group and 45 minutes of individual coaching per week. Learn, plan and implement step changes in a manageable workload. The time between allows for observation testing and adjusting of your leadership behaviours.
